These Brazilian Style Chicken Wings are one of those recipes that instantly grab your attention. After marinating overnight in fresh lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper, the wings are lightly coated in flour and fried until golden brown and incredibly crispy. What makes them stand out is the finishing touch, hot olive oil infused with sliced garlic poured directly over the wings. The aroma is unbelievable. The lime adds brightness, the garlic adds bold flavor, and the crispy skin delivers the perfect crunch in every bite. Finished with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes, these wings are simple, authentic, and absolutely addictive.

Recipe Tips

For the crispiest wings, fry them in two stages. Start at a lower temperature to fully cook the chicken, then increase the heat during the final few minutes to create an extra crispy golden-brown exterior. This technique gives you juicy meat inside and crunchy skin outside.
