In a large bowl, combine, Lime juice, Minced garlic, Salt, and Black pepper
Add the chicken wings and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Place the flour and marinated wings into a large zip-top bag. Seal and shake until all wings are lightly coated.
Heat oil in a large pot to about 375°F. Lower the heat to medium-low.
Working in batches, fry 5 to 6 wings at a time. Cook until the wings are fully cooked and beginning to brown.
Increase the heat to high. Continue frying until the wings become deep golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined tray. Repeat until all wings are cooked.
