  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls. Place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce (like ranch, marinara, or spicy aioli).

Recipe Tips

For the best texture, make sure to cook and drain the bacon until it’s extra crispy before mixing it into the batter. This prevents the bites from becoming greasy and adds a better crunch to every bite.

This recipe doesn't specify what's done with the panko crumbs. I mean, it's fairly obvious, but I'm just letting you know it's missing in the directions.

This is a pretty good recipe, but the parmesan cheese gave me the blues. lol. This was my first time trying it. The bacon gave the bites a little crunch to it, just the way I like it. I'll try this recipe again, but will use cheddar cheese instead of parmesan.
