- 4 - 10 in Flour Tortillas
- 1 can Chili
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Onions chopped
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 ½ tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 4 to 5 Garlic Cloves chopped
- 1 Jalapeno sliced optional
