This Chili Cheese Burrito recipe combines seasoned ground beef, beans, rice, and shredded cheese and jalapeños, all wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled to perfection.
In a pan heat your chili and garlic just enough to warm it through. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl add cheddar cheese, cumin, onion powder, and taco seasoning. Mix well. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, warm each tortilla for 30 seconds per side.
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chili and rice mixture into the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the filling.
Add the chopped onions and jalapenos.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to seal in the filling tightly.
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place each burrito seam-side down and grill for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Serve warm with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole on the side if desired.

Recipe Tips
For the best texture, lightly toast the burritos in a skillet after rolling to give them a crisp golden outer shell and help seal the edges.
