I start with a full sheet of soft Hawaiian rolls and slice them open like one big sandwich. I spread a creamy Dijon mayo across the bottom, then stack on layers of smoky ham, tender turkey, crispy bacon, and plenty of provolone. Once the tops go back on, I brush everything with a warm garlic butter glaze loaded with Worcestershire and poppy seeds. As they bake, the butter soaks into every crevice and the cheese melts into the meat. When I pull them out of the oven, the tops are golden brown, slightly crisp, and glossy. I slice along the seams and steam escapes, gooey cheese stretches, and every slider tastes rich, savory, buttery, and just a little sweet from the rolls. They disappear almost as fast as I set them down.

Recipe Tips

Toast or cook your bacon extra crispy before layering. Soft bacon turns chewy after baking, but crispy bacon keeps that perfect crunch inside the sliders.
Bonus tip, brush a little extra butter around the edges of the rolls for those irresistible crispy corners.
