These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites are crispy oven-baked chicken breast pieces coated in seasoned panko and tossed in a rich, buttery garlic parmesan sauce. They’re crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with bold savory flavor.
1lbbonelessskinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1tablespoonolive oil
1cuppanko breadcrumbs
½cupgrated parmesan cheese
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonBlack Pepperto taste
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
½cupunsalted butter
3clovesgarlicminced
¼cupgrated parmesan cheese
1tablespoonfresh parsleychopped
Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil until evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, mix: Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Salt, and Black pepper
Dredge each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly so the coating sticks well.
Arrange the coated chicken in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
In a small saucepan over medium heat: Melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Do not brown the garlic.
Reduce heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add chopped parsley if using.
