If you're looking for the ultimate party sandwich or an easy weeknight dinner, these Steak & Cheese Sliders are hard to beat. I start by cooking thinly sliced sirloin steak until it's perfectly browned, then pair it with sweet sautéed onions and plenty of melted provolone cheese. Everything gets layered onto soft slider buns, brushed with a butter, and baked until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is irresistibly gooey. To take these sliders to the next level, I serve them with a homemade garlic aioli that's creamy, tangy, and packed with fresh garlic flavor. Every bite is buttery, cheesy, savory, and loaded with steak. These sliders disappear fast every time I make them.
