This Turkey Stuffing Meatloaf brings all the flavors of a classic turkey dinner into one simple loaf. Made with lean ground turkey, turkey stuffing, aromatics, herbs and a splash of broth, it bakes up tender, flavorful and perfect for a holiday twist.
Set your oven to 350°F, which is the perfect temperature to keep the meatloaf tender without drying it out.
In a small bowl, combine the stuffing mix and broth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes so the crumbs soften and absorb the liquid.
In a small sauce pan melt butter. Add onion, celery, and carrots. Add thyme and sage. Saute for 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Remove and let cool for 20 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, softened stuffing mix, eggs, onions-celery,-carrots mixture, parsley, salt and pepper.
Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to mix until everything is fully combined. Do not overmix or the meatloaf will become dense.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan. Press it in gently and shape it evenly from end to end.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes so the juices settle.
Slice the meatloaf into even pieces and garnish with parsley or thyme. Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce if you like.

Recipe Tips
For extra moisture and better texture, let the stuffing mix soak in the broth for 5 minutes before adding it to the turkey. This prevents the meatloaf from becoming dense and helps bind everything together beautifully.
