Taco Spaghetti is a fun and flavorful twist on two favorites,tacosand pasta. Made in one pan, it features seasoned ground beef, spaghettinoodles, diced tomatoes, and melted cheese for a satisfying dinner everyonewill love.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, chopped onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain excess grease if necessary.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and taco seasoning. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the seasoning is well distributed.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine everything evenly. Make sure the noodles are submerged in the broth.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover it up. Let the mixture simmer for about 10-12 minutes to develop flavor. Stir occasionally.
Sprinkle the fresh grated cheddar cheese over the spaghetti. Cover it up and let it melt for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro before serving.
