In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef and diced onions until almost fully cooked. Add your dry seasonings.
Duringthe last 2–3 minutes of cooking, stir in the diced bell peppers andchopped garlic cloves. Once everything is softened drain any excess grease from the pot.
Pour beef broth, diced tomatoes, and marinara sauce into the same pot.
Bring the broth to a boil. Add uncooked spaghetti noodles, using kitchen tongs to gently twist and press the noodles into the liquid as they begin to soften.
Cook the spaghetti for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking or burning.
Once the pasta is cooked through and well blended add fresh basil and red chili flakes (optional).
Spoon into bowls and enjoy warm! Garnish with grated Parmesan.
