These Cheesy Chicken Fritters are crispy, cheesy, and irresistibly juicy. Made with simple ingredients and pan-fried to perfection, they’re an easy crowd-pleasing recipe perfect for lunch or snacking.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs,
green onions, eggs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
Shape the mixture into small fritters (about 2–3 inches wide). Place them on a plate while heating oil in a skillet.
Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the fritters in batches, being careful not to overcrowd.
Cook each fritter for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. The cheese should be melted, and the exterior crisp.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Recipe Tips
For extra crispy fritters, don’t overcrowd the pan while frying give each fritter space so the edges get that perfect golden crunch. You can also add a little cornstarch to the mixture for even more crispiness.
