Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet overmedium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it upwith a spoon as it cooks. Continue until the chicken is fully browned andcooked through.
Add chopped onion, chopped garlic, and diced bell pepper tothe skillet with the chicken. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, until the vegetablesare soft and fragrant.
Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Liquid Smoke, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer for 8 to 10minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens to your liking. If itgets too thick, add a splash of chicken broth to thin it out.
