Place the wings in a large bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
In a shallow bowl, combine: Flour, Salt, Black pepper Mix well. Lightly coat each wing in the flour mixture.
Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip the wings and cook for an additional 8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Cook in batches if needed.
While the wings cook, melt the butter in a bowl. Stir in Garlic powder, Dried parsley, Black pepper, Parmesan cheese. Mix until fully combined.
