This bacon cheeseburger casserole combines allthe classic burger flavors in one easy-to-bake dish. Layers of ground beef, bacon, cheese, and pickles sit on top of a buttery crescent roll base, thenbake until bubbly and golden. It’s the perfect comfort food for family dinners.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove and place it on a paper towel to drain, then crumble once cooled.
In the same skillet, add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns. Next add onion and sauté until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Drain excess fat, then season with the all-purpose blend.
Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise until everything is well combined and coated. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend the flavors.
Roll out the crescent roll dough and press it evenly across the bottom of the dish to form a crust. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the crescent crust. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella on top. Next spread the sauce over the cheese. Add the crumbled bacon and frozen French fries (optional).
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with a few extra pickle slices or chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
Serve warm and enjoy all the cheesy, savory goodness of a bacon cheeseburger in casserole form.
