Instructions
Wash and pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels until the skin is completely dry.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, all purpose seasoning, black pepper, cumin, thyme, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, then coat it evenly with the spice mixture.
Place the turkey breast in the air fryer, breast side up.
Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
In a saucepan, warm the orange juice, lemon juice, butter, and honey until smooth and combined.
After the first 20 minutes, brush the turkey generously with the glaze.
Turn the turkey breast over, glaze the underside, and return it to the air fryer.
Cook at 350 degrees for 35 more minutes, glazing every 10 minutes.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees at the thickest part of the meat.
Transfer the turkey breast to a platter and loosely cover with foil.
Let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes so the juices settle back into the meat.

Recipe Tips
Warm the glaze before basting. A warm glaze spreads easier and sticks better, which helps build a shiny, flavorful coating as the turkey cooks.
