This Turkey Stuffing Meatloaf feels like pure comfort to me. Every bite reminds me of a cozy holiday dinner without all the stress of preparing a full turkey. I love how the sage stuffing mix blends right into the lean turkey, giving the whole loaf that classic Thanksgiving flavor. The onions, celery and carrots add a savory sweetness and a little texture, while the garlic and herbs bring it all together. Once it bakes, the top gets slightly golden and the inside stays tender and juicy. I slice it thick, spoon a little gravy or cranberry sauce over the top, and it instantly tastes like a holiday meal made simple. It is one of those recipes that fills the house with the smell of comfort.

Why This Is a Great Alternative for a Traditional Turkey Dinner
This dish gives you all the comfort and nostalgia of a classic turkey dinner without the time, cleanup or pressure of roasting a whole bird. It is quicker, more affordable and ideal for smaller households. You still get the classic blend of turkey, stuffing, herbs and aromatics, but in a way that is easier to prepare and serve any time of the year. The leftovers slice well, reheat perfectly and pair with gravy, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes or veggies, making it a flexible and family friendly option.

Turkey Stuffing Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup diced celery
- ½ cup diced carrots
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ cup turkey broth or chicken broth
Turkey Gravy
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups Turkey or Chicken Broth
- ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ teaspoon Thyme
- ½ teaspoon Rosemary
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350°F, which is the perfect temperature to keep the meatloaf tender without drying it out.
- In a small bowl, combine the stuffing mix and broth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes so the crumbs soften and absorb the liquid.
- In a small sauce pan melt butter. Add onion, celery, and carrots. Add thyme and sage. Saute for 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Remove and let cool for 20 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, softened stuffing mix, eggs, onions-celery,-carrots mixture, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Use your hands or a sturdy spoon to mix until everything is fully combined. Do not overmix or the meatloaf will become dense.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan. Press it in gently and shape it evenly from end to end.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes so the juices settle.
- Slice the meatloaf into even pieces and garnish with parsley or thyme. Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce if you like.
Turkey Gravy
- Melt butter in medium sauce pan
- Add Flour and mix for about 5 minutes until a shiny brown color
- Add whipping cream and broth. Mix for another 2 minutes
- Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary
