This Sweet Peppers and Sausage Pasta is one of those meals that makes me feel like a pro chef without spending hours in the kitchen. The smoked sausage gives the dish a rich and savory flavor that pairs beautifully with the natural sweetness of the bell peppers. I love how the creamy tomato sauce clings perfectly to each piece of penne. The aroma of the sautéed peppers, onions, and garlic makes the whole kitchen smell amazing. Every bite is comforting and creamy. This is a weeknight dinner that tastes like a restaurant dish.
