- ¼ cup Green Onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or a similar-sized casserole dish and set it aside.
- Ina large mixing bowl, combine fresh sweet corn, whole kernel corn, heavy cream(or sour cream), honey, cheddar cheese, green onions and melted butter. Stir until everything is well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, baking powder, salt, garlic powder and black pepper.
