This is one of those meals I make when I want something quick, simple, and still packed with flavor. I’ve got ground beef cooking down in a skillet, building that base, then I bring in the garlic, seasonings, and fresh broccoli to balance everything out.

Once that broccoli gets tender and bright, I hit it with a little cream and cheese, and that’s when it really comes together. The cheese melts right into everything, giving you that rich, creamy finish without being too heavy.

What I like about this dish is how it feels like comfort food, but it’s still simple and straight to the point. One pan, real flavor, and it comes together fast.

Recipe Tips

Don’t overcook the broccoli. You want it tender but still bright and slightly firm so it keeps texture and doesn’t turn mushy.
