These Cajun Smothered Chicken Wings are packed with a Cajun flavor, Coated in a creamy, spiced sauce that bakes into every crevice. The wings are seasoned with Cajun spices. I smothered in a savory cream sauce with peppers, onions, and a hint of garlic. As they bake, you'll notice the sauce thickens and caramelizes at the edges, creating a mouthwatering combination of juicy and creamy in every bite.

Recipe Tips

For extra crispy wings before smothering, air fry them for 15–20 minutes to get that golden crust. Then pour the sauce over and return to the oven to finish. This keeps the texture crisp under the creamy coating.
