Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 to 3 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Soy
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine: brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the honey, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  • Mix the wings in the seasoning mixture until every piece is evenly coated.
  • Place the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Air Fry for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown, crispy, and caramelized.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley for color and freshness.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is!

For extra crispy wings, pat them dry with paper towels before seasoning. This removes excess moisture and helps the Cajun spice and brown sugar stick better, creating a crispier texture in the oven or air fryer. Also you can place them on a wire rack set over the baking sheet so the heat circulates all around.
