When I pull this turkey breast out of the air fryer, the first thing I notice is that glossy, caramelized crust. The spice rub and honey citrus glaze create this deep reddish color that looks like something straight from a holiday magazine. As I slice into it, the knife glides through tender meat that is still steaming. Every slice is juicy, and the glaze has seeped into the edges so each bite is sweet, savory, and citrusy all at once. It feels like a full Thanksgiving turkey without the stress of roasting a whole bird, and the air fryer gives it that rotisserie style finish that I love.
