This garlic butter beef and rice skillet is one of those meals I make when I want comfort without a lot of cleanup. I start by browning ground beef with onions until everything is rich and savory, then I layer in garlic, herbs, and spices that instantly fill the kitchen with that warm, cozy smell. As the rice simmers in beef broth, it absorbs all those flavors and turns perfectly tender. Once the cheeses and milk are stirred in, the whole dish transforms into a creamy, cheesy skillet that feels indulgent but still simple. Every bite is loaded with beefy flavor, buttery garlic, and just enough herbs to balance out the richness.
