Ingredients
- 1.5 to 2 pounds Chicken Wings
- 1 medium Onion Chopped
- 1 medium Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 to 2 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning preferably Slap Ya Mama
- 1 10.5 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
- ½ 10.5 oz can Cream of Onion Soup
- ½ 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon Paprika Divided
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- ⅓ cup Chicken Broth
- 3 to 4 Garlic Cloves chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, season the wings with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and 1 tablespoon paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of onion soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir well to blend. Set aside
- Grease baking dish. Add a few onions, garlic, and bell peppers at the bottom of the dish.
- Add your chicken wings to the dish in a single layer
- Pour chicken broth around the chicken wings
- Pour the creamy sauce mixture evenly over the top.
- Spread the remaining onions, bell peppers, and garlic on top of the mixtures
