Creamy Cajun Beef Spaghetti

This Creamy Cajun Beef Spaghetti combines tender pasta, savory ground beef, and a rich, cheesy Cajun sauce for the ultimate comfort food. It’s bold, creamy, and ready to steal the spotlight at dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 medium yellow onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the onion is soft and fragrant.
  • Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the beef evenly so every bite gets that bold flavor.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the sauce to slightly thicken.
  • Lower the heat and stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses. Mix until the sauce becomes creamy, smooth, and fully combined.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until every strand is coated with the creamy Cajun sauce. Simmer for another 1 to 2 minutes so the pasta absorbs the flavor.
  • Top with fresh parsley or extra cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy that perfect balance of creamy, cheesy, and spicy goodness.
