Ingredients
- 5 to 7 oz of Canned Tuna Chunked
- ¼ cup to ½ cup Celery chopped
- ¼ cup to ½ cup Onions chopped
- 1 Red Onion Sliced
- ½ cup Mayo
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- Juice of half a Lemon
- ¼ cup chopped Dill Pickles not sweet
- 4 to 6 Slices Cheddar Cheese
- 4 to 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 6 to 10 Slices Brioche Bread
- 1 ½ tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- ½ teaspoon to 1 ½ teaspoon Season Salt
- ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees
- In a large bowl, combine canned tuna, celery, onions, dill pickles, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, season salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until creamy and evenly combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Lay out slices of brioche bread. Spread soften butter on one side of each slice
- Place 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
- Spoon a generous amount of the tuna mixture over the cheese.
- Add 1 slice of provolone cheese on the top of the tuna mixture
- Add a few slices of red onion for extra crunch and flavor.
- Top with sliced tomatoes.
- Top with sliced bread (making sure the butter side is up)
- Place sandwiches in the air fryer
- Cook for 8 minutes flipping halfway through
- Remove let cool for a few minutes
